A few days ago I posted a video with foot work for basketball players. Here is another video from Strength and Conditioning Coach Dr. Evaldas Kandratavicius from Lithuania. This video shows a good core work-out for basketball players. Every exercise is done with 12 repetitions and the work-out contains 15 different exercises, so totally the work-out has 180 repetitions. And to sum this up I would like to use a quote from Evaldas: “The core is a factor in all movements”.
